How long after ordering is my order shipped?
We typically ship all orders within 1-3 business days.
Which carrier do you use?
For United States, we ship through USPS.For Canada/UK/EU/AU & other international shipments, we use UPS and your local mail carrier will handle and deliver the item once it enters your country.
How long does it take to arrive?
We ship all orders from our manufacturing unit in USA & Europe. Once shipped, we delivery happens within the following timeframe:
- USA - Within 3-8 business days
- Canada - Within 4-10 business days
- Western Europe - Within 5-12 business days
- Australia/NZ - Within 5-12 business days
- Rest of the World - Within 7-14 business days
These timeframes are typical, and sometimes local carrier issues may mean you item arrives slightly later than this.
How much does the shipping cost?
We offer Free Standard Shipping worldwide.
I didn't recieve my order
Please contact our support team, quoting your order number from the confirmation email/SMS message. We'll help track down your order.
Do you offer express delivery?
We currently offer only standard shipping. However, we are working to add other faster delivery methods for our customers.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 to 48 hrs hours.
What is your policy on lost items?
Shipping address and delivery?
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the address and other shipping information is entered correctly. We are unable to change any information once your order has been placed. Zilorrausa will not be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.
If a package is returned as non-deliverable a processing and a handling fee of $7.00 will be deducted from the net amount of your refund. Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
If the tracking information for your package states that it is delivered and you have not received it - please contact the courier stated in your shipment confirmation. Zilorrausa does not issue refunds for packages that are marked as delivered. Zilorrausa is not responsible for packages that have been lost or stolen in transit.
